§1. General information

  1. The Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data related to the use of contact forms and the company chat.
  2. A form User is a natural person who places a service order or submits an inquiry regarding services via these technologies.
  3.     – data voluntarily entered into any contact forms throughout the website and company chat application forms,
    – through the storage of cookies,
    – through the collection of server logs by the hosting provider.

§2. Purpose of data processing by the Controller

  1. The User entrusts the processing of personal data for the purpose of handling service inquiries and orders.
  2. Providing a phone number or email address in the contact form or chat constitutes consent to be contacted via these channels for the purposes specified in point 1.
  3. Providing consent by submitting contact details is voluntary.
  4. Failure to provide consent may result in the inability to process your inquiry/order.
  5. The User's personal data may be shared with: cooperating partners – if necessary for the performance of a contract, and subcontractors – accounting, consulting, or IT support firms.

§3. Scope of data processing by the Controller

– maintaining a register of individuals authorized to process data,
– implementing appropriate IT security policies, including data encryption methods on computers and other solutions to prevent unauthorized access,
– maintaining documentation and procedures aimed at data security, including our Data Security Policy and IT Systems Security Policy.
